Through our sponsorship package, we would aim to raise awareness of the sponsor across the student population on campus and through the competition meetings we attend across the UK, to achieve whatever goal the sponsor requires.

We have experience in delivering the wide ranging needs of our sponsors across high integrity brands. We recently came to the end of a four year sponsorship deal worth £9,000 with Deloitte's graduate recruitment team.

We have developed our platforms to accomodate our sponsor's requirements for high quality brand exposure and information flow across the student population. We have detailed our proposed methods:

-The Club has a popular, professional and well presented website which recieved 30,000 hits since its redesign 16 months ago.
-The sponsors's logo as well as a link to the sponsors's website and/ or its graduate recruitment pages can be included on the homepage.

-The Club's high class and excellently presented equipment is on display at all 18 major events and competitions.
-Images of our athletes competing regularly appear in the campus newspaper, on our website and have also been published in Rowing & Regatta Magazine.
-The Club also sells in excess of 300 items of personalised rowing clothing every year, which could bear the sponsors's logo.
-As some of our athletes train up to 12 sessions a week, the clothing is worn by members around campus and it is a Club requirement that it is worn at competitions.

-This year the Club won its bid to host the West Midlands Regional Indoor Rowing Championships for Universities. The event attended by people, from all over the region, brought great publicity to the Club both on and off campus and was a great success. We are looking to win the bid to host the event again this year and the sponsors logo could be displayed on all banners, leaflets and equipment.

-The annual sports fair at the university is attended by approximately 3,000 students. The Club always ensures it has a prime position, and could display a banner with the sponsors logo and web address.
-The Club is committed to rapid expansion and prepares for this event throughout the summer vacation, producing recruitment leaflets and posters to be distributed across campus which could bear the sponsors logo and details.

-The Club provides 85 volunteers each year to staff the championships which are held in the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham. In the past, the clothing our members have worn at this event has displayed our sponsors logo.
-The event is attended by world class athletes, including members of the GB rowing squad, and it therefore receives national press attention.

-The sponsors logo could be displayed on the Clubs specialist boat carrying trailer which travels around 5,000 miles a year across the UK and Northern Europe en route to training camps and competitions.

-This event is attended by at least 120 people including current members and the Clubs alumni. The alumni Boat Club has over 65 members who actively continue to support the club and who receive regular club emails.
-The sponsors logo could be displayed on the tickets as well as on a banner at the event.

-The Club is able to provide members to help run or participate in workshops or skills sessions that the sponsor may run on campus.
