Coaching project

In the spirit of the WGBC proposal document, the executive committee invites former club members to assist in coaching and developing our rowers' knowledge of rowing technique and racing.

Former members will no doubt recall both the intensive work it takes to bring novice rowers to a competitive standard as well as the months of dedication needed to produce quick 1st VIIIs.

Training sessions do not necessarily need to be at Barford. Please take the time to look at our competitions and events calendar to see if we're doing a training day in your area that you may be able to attend.

We're a very friendly group and we can be reasonably flexible to your timescale requirements. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact the UWBC executive committee with any queries.
